Sigh. Let’s just face this fact: I will never have beach-like hair. I’ll never have naturally wavy hair unless I chop off my hair to around above-the-shoulder length, and that’s never going to happen again. It was a disaster that one time…
My hair is naturally super super straight, sleek and fine. This is great for when I wake up late and have to run out the door, but not so great for when I want it to look like it has volume.
I’m SUPER low maintenance when it comes to my hair. I hate blow drying it. (It takes approximately 15 minutes to blow dry my bangs correctly and that irritates me enough.) So naturally, you can come to a conclusion that I really don’t like curling my hair. (I never have to straighten my hair. I tried it once and it was just like putting heat on my hair because nothing happened to the texture. It just stayed as straight as it is normally.)
I know, I know, I should probably sleep with hair curlers. I’ve never done it before so if anyone has any brands to recommend or tips, that would be awesome and greatly appreciated! 🙂
Anyways, let’s get back to what this post is really supposed to be about: reviewing this Marc Anthony beach spray.
I know I may have skewed this review because I didn’t even TRY curling my hair before I used this spray. But since that’ll never happen because it’s now summer and it’s scorching hot out and I don’t want to step near a heated anything, I apologize in advance. Maybe you’ll hear from me about this spray again in the future, when it’s cold and if I ever decide to curl my hair again.
The first thing I noticed about this product was the amazing coconut scent! I basically now only use this spray for two things: (1) the smell, and (2) to have something to spray into my hair to work out tangles when I comb it.
I’m sure this spray works differently for those who have wavy or curly hair. For me, it won’t work with my hair lifestyle. I need low maintenance products such as: hair ties, headbands and bobby pins. Sock bun rolls are as high maintenance as I’ll get with my hair 😛
So, has anyone used this product before? If so, I hope it’s worked for you because it hasn’t worked for me. PS if you have any hair curler suggestions, hit me up!
