Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil

I found this Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil sample in one of my magazines. Most likely Allure.

photo 2I started using this sample when I had super dry and itchy skin one day. I was super fed up with it and remembered I had this oil. I used it and started to feel better instantly by how moisturizing it was. I applied the oil onto my face and neck. I only used the sample once and then tossed it because I couldn’t really keep the packaging laying around with oil spilling out of it, but I think there could be enough formula for a two-time usage, or more depending on how much you use per application.

The light rose fragrance was lovely, but not overpowering. I’d definitely purchase this product. It worked well on my sensitive skin. I’m quite interested in seeing how this product works for my skin in the long run. At first, I was really hesitant about putting oil on my face because my face can be oily at times, but I didn’t have a massive problem with it through this experience.

Anyone else used this product and loved or hated it?

  1. I usually use Josie Maran Argan oil (which I love) but I may have to try this one. I bet the price is a lot better!

I’m not sure if you’ve done a Liebster Award post yet (if not, you’ve probably seen them floating around), but I nominated you as one of the bloggers I enjoy reading. Feel free to answer the questions on the post I asked here: http://susannaantihero.wordpress.com/2014/08/07/liebster-award-is-it-really-already-august/

    No pressure, though 😉
