I’ve been craving a cucumber salad for ages, and I finally went to buy the ingredients to make one!
STEP 1: Peel the cucumber, slice and cut. Keep the peel on the cucumber if you want an extra crunch to your salad.
STEP 2: Cut the tomato and remove the seeds.
STEP 3: Boil eggs, peel and cut. Toss the egg yolk and keep the sliced egg whites.
STEP 4: Cut grapes in half.
STEP 5: Assemble salad.
STEP 6: EAT! 🙂
I was a bit lost as to what cheese I should use for this cucumber salad. I like, but don’t love, feta cheese. I knew it’d be perfect for this salad though because of how crumbly it is. This is what I found:
There were many different flavors of feta cheese (this brand, specifically). I chose tomato and basil because I wanted a kick of flavor in the salad.
I chose this brand over any other because of the packaging. The cheese comes in a reusable container with a convenient flip-open lid! I will definitely be using this container again in the future.
