Banana + PB Open-Faced Sandwiches

So now you know about my love for open-faced sandwiches. Here’s another open-faced sandwich recipe for you to enjoy! πŸ™‚
2 Slices of bread
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
1 Handful of walnuts (Optional)


STEP 1: Toast your bread (I used sandwich thins here, which I love!)
STEP 2: Slice a banana
IMG_8074STEP 3: Grab a handful of walnuts and chop them up a bit (optional)
IMG_8076STEP 4: Spread the peanut butter onto the bread (I used extra chunky peanut butter here for more of a crunch)
STEP 5: Place the banana slices onto the bread, and then do the same with the walnut chunks if you choose to use them
STEP 6: EAT! πŸ™‚

I love adding walnuts because I know I should be eating more of them, but I just don’t like the taste of them alone. So, why not put them into something I can actually enjoy like a sandwich! πŸ™‚ PS, a glass of milk goes quite well with this sandwich!
