I bought this Que Bella Deep Cleansing Aloe Vera Cream Mask from Target.
I was really excited to use it because I ran out of my super thick charcoal mask. But I was really surprised at the results I got.
Once I applied the product to my face, I was first interested in the color. it was clear to off-white, and not very thick. I waited for it to dry, but it didn’t darken like I expected it to. It felt like I had applied a face cleanser onto my skin and waited for it to dry and harden. It didn’t feel like a mask at all. I was confused!
At first I was really disappointed in the texture. But then I remembered it was an aloe mask. Duh. Aloe vera is freakin’ clear inside that green exterior! After I realized what I initially looked over, I was OK. I mean I guess I’d rather be glad to know that an aloe mask was so light and refreshing feeling than thick. Because if it was thick, it really wouldn’t be natural. When I thought about it, it felt like I was putting aloe juice onto my face. So, in the end, I’m glad I figured out why the texture to this mask was the way it was. I just wished it was as thick as a charcoal mask or an avocado mask.
I think the weirdest part for me was that this mask dried clear-ish. The packaging had enough product for about 4 applications. I’m not sure I’d buy the same exact product again, but I’d go for a different type of mask from Que Bella. This aloe mask was refreshing, so I’m super glad about that.
Has anyone else tried a Que Bella product before? Your thoughts?
