I love using them in my practice! They’re great to stretch out super sore muscles. I have a love/hate relationship with foam rollers because my muscles are always so sore. Once I discovered these yoga balls, I was even more amazed! They do an even more intense job than foam rollers! :O I know, that sounds impossible, right? Haha
I use them mostly for the bottoms of my feet. My feet are always so sore because of the shoes I wear, the constant walking I do, and how flat my feet naturally are. I use these yoga balls to stretch them out so that I don’t end up getting foot cramps during yoga, which happens quite a lot, actually. 😛
I also use them on my upper and lower legs, and lower back. Super helpful! 🙂
