I got a sample of the SeaRx Micro-Dermabrasion Face and Body Scrub in my ipsy Glam Bag. If you’d like to subscribe to ipsy monthly Glam Bags, comment/email me and I’ll send you my referral link! 🙂
I used this scrub only on my face. It wasn’t my favorite scrub, but it wasn’t my least favorite either. I love micro-dermabrasion scrubs, so I was excited to use this product! The beads in this scrub were quite small, and effective, yet not mind-blowing. You know what I mean?
I used this product about 3 times, if I remember correctly, because this sample was a small one. I’m fine with that, since it was just a sample. I wouldn’t buy this product again on my own, but I’m glad I tried it.
I find SeaRx to be interesting because of the anti-aging factor in their products. Of course, I wouldn’t have any opinion on this part of this product because I didn’t use it enough times to see a large difference in anything on my face.
On the back of this tube, the brand warns those who are pregnant, nursing, or under the age of 18. Why? Well, I’m not actually positive. I’m guessing it has to do with the ingredients in this scrub, which makes me wonder a few things.
-What can’t pregnant/nursing women use?
-What can’t anyone under the age of 18 use on their face/body?
-Is it because this may be an anti-aging product and it has to do with the chemicals/ingredients in this product, or the mix of chemicals/ingredients that may lead to a reaction?
I don’t have any of these answers. But the fact that there’s a warning on the tube just makes me wonder. I think this is why I wouldn’t buy it again. I mean, that shouldn’t be the reason why. Let’s be real, if I loved this product after trying the sample, I’d probably buy it on my own. But I didn’t love it, so I’m not going to. The warning just enforces the idea that I’m not going to purchase the product. Anywaaaays.
Anyone have anything to say about SeaRx?
